For the price, the room was a decent size. The bed was quite comortable, and despite being next to a tram line it was rather quiet with the window shut during the night.
When we arrived, the member of staff who checked us in was not too friendly, and did not really explain anything about the hotel.
felt that the hotel was a bit cold in decor alkthough functional
Good location and facilities to disable. My husband needed special room and it was enough.
The hotel didn't have hand towels and the breakfast of the second day was missing something that had in the first day.
Very basic but decent for a short stay. We stayed here because we had tickets to an Olympic football match. It was very convenient for the Old Trafford football stadium and to public transportation into the city center. Good for people on a budget. Secure parking area was a real plus.
Mattresses were a little thin but we weren't there for the comfort of the hotel. It was fine for one or two nights.
Good location to go to Old Trafford soccer stadium.
The parking is too small. The parking fee (when able to park) is a joke. Asking every time Euro 3.- every time we get out is ....... I will stop here, in order not to make wrong accusation.
Very good service and customer care.
poor breakfast. there must be some ham for the toast.
Shower, location and parking Overall was what it was: basic hotel for very good value price
One wall had about 20 fresh patches of paint about 6 sq inches! No light in lift People noisey in corridor
We had come up from Milton Keynes to watch Manchester United for my son's 16th birthday. I choose this hotel because of its location and the fact it offered a family room, ideal for an adult and a child.
I was told the room was a family room ideal for an adult and a child. When I checked in I again made sure I had a room with 2 beds. When I got to the room I didn't expect 1 of the beds to be a bunk bed. This was not mentioned in the description of the room and to be honest I felt I was slightly misled by the lack of this info. Put it this way, if I knew it was a bunk bed I would never have booked it. The reason for this is my son is 6'2". Surely they must have noticed this when I booked in!!!!!!!
young lad's party made a lot of noise
It was a short walk form Old Trafford and close to the Trafford Centre and the city by taxi.
No free wifi or wifi in the room. Both the lifts were out of order so had to take the each time! The choice at breakfast was poor!
The shower was good.
No Tea/Coffee in room. The lifts were broken. Litter and empty wine bottle in staircase which I had to use since the lift was broken!
Location was excellent, as we were attending a ManU game. Value for price was also very good. Rooms were simple, but clean and confortable. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good.
Rooms were small. Pressure in shower was weak.
Close to tram station, bus stops, Old trafford, supermarkets.
WiFi only in public area and isnt free. Not very good stuff. Only heater, no air cooling systems
Not a lot, I have never been in prison but it cant be much worse
Great price, easy to get in to the city centre via the tram over the road, restaurants over the road, old Trafford stadium nearby
Bed wasn't the comfiest I've ever slept on, window was banging due to the gale force wind and rain
